Nicoleta joined The KPI Institute at the beginning of 2015 as the Country Manager of Romania.
Nicoleta brought more than 16 years of proven experience in business and organizational development. Her initiatives and involvement is what recommends her the most, besides her academic and professional development.
She believes that the growth of the business is closely connected with the success of the people you work with: clients, partners, support staff, stakeholders. As such, she always manages to find win-win solutions which allows businesses to develop even in harsh economic conditions.
