In the context of economic growth of the area, one of our main goals is to create positive outcomes and engage professionals in educational programs and help them manage their business according to a rigorous performance management framework.

The KPI Institute’s team has grown in value and knowledge for the last ten years, allowing it to deliver first class training courses, customized in-house programs and many more performance management and measurement solutions. Having a high number of requests from many clients in the region, establishing a local presence was a natural step to enable better and more flexible service delivery and to provide a strong foundation for deploying business management systems and business intelligence software.

Mr. Aurel Brudan, CEO of The KPI Institute has stated: “The KPI Institute is looking forward to support the economic growth of Malaysia by enabling organizations with educational and advisory programs, needed for a successful business management. Our team of experts is qualified to address the market’s needs and to come up with innovative, high-quality products, services and integrated advice to clients across the region.”

Some of the priorities of the newly established branch are:

  • Delivering 30+ open training courses in the entire region of Southeast Asia;
  • The launch of the 2015 calendar of open courses in 4 major local markets (the preliminary 2015 course schedule is available here);
  • Adding extra value to a flourishing and performance oriented market

We look forward to meeting current and potential clients in the upcoming weeks and discuss our commitment to building future performance excellence in Southeast Asia.

Oana Gavril- Project Manager of the new establishment, is more than happy to assist you in overcoming performance management challenges!
