    The Center for Sustainability Performance includes a multidisciplinary team comprising of professionals with several years of expertise in performance management, sustainability, consulting, research and training, who are here to help organizations manage and improve their sustainability operations.

    LEADERSHIP

    Iulia-Maria Visa

    Director of the Center for Sustainability Performance

    Iulia-Maria Visa is a Sustainability Performance Consultant at The KPI Institute and the Director of the Center for Sustainability Performance, coordinating the activities of the Center. She has a professional background in project management, training and consultancy services, being involved in international projects run by higher education institutions and research centers. As a consultant for the organizations from the public sector, Iulia was involved in implementing multiple projects for combating poverty and social exclusion and in developing the Consultancy Standards Guidebook for the Public Sector.
    She holds the following certifications:
    – Master Trainer, certified by Association for Talent Development, USA
    – Specialized in Project Management, certified by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education from Romania
    – Specialized in Change Management E-learning Training Course, certified by Association for Talent Development, USA
    – Specialized in Financial Management and Audit, certified by Babes-Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca
    As member of the Commission responsible for updating the Regional Action Plan for Employment and Social Inclusion (PRAO 2009-2011), she was responsible for the statistical research. She conducted two awareness campaigns to promote equal opportunities, funded by European Social Fund.

    Iulia’s academic qualifications are in the field of Finance and Banking, where she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca.


    Raluca Vintila

    Subject Matter Expert

    Raluca Vintila is a Management Consultant and the Instructional Design & E-Learning Coordinator at The KPI Institute.
    Besides her academic and professional development, her involvement in designing educational programs is what recommends her the most. She coordinates the design and development of face-to-face and online learning solutions, related to competency development in the area of performance management.
    As an educator, Raluca has delivered training courses, workshops, conference presentations, business simulations and webinars related to the use of KPIs in the organizational context and performance measurement & improvement to professionals from a variety of domains, such as telecommunications, education, oil & gas and transportation. She has trained over 3000 individuals.
    She has accumulated a high level of experience in guiding professionals and practitioners in their journey of Implementing Performance Management Systems based on KPIs. Some of the most significant projects are Organizational KPI Selection for Riphah International University (Pakistan) and the in-country training program for Productivity & Quality Practitioners for Asian Productivity Organization (Mongolia).
    She has conducted conference workshops and presentations on topics, such as: Key Tools for Strategic Planning; Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Measurement, learning, optimization; Performance measurement: From strategy to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); KPI Selection Techniques.
    Raluca has delivered webinars on several performance management topics like: KPI Documentation, KPI reporting and the decision-making process, best practices in working with KPIs, team management, succession management, 6 Pillars to improve organizational performance, KPI Selection techniques.
    Some of the most significant conferences she has attended are the following: Strategy Leaders Forum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (2014) dedicated to Strategy Execution and the Balanced Scorecard; HR Directors Business Summit in Birmingham, United Kingdom (2016).
    Raluca has a double Master’s degree qualification, in Management and Education. Her studies are complemented by several projects in public and private organizations, dedicated to the evaluation, analysis and development of performance within these organizational entities.


    Cristina Mihailoaie

    Subject Matter Expert
    Cristina Mihailoaie is Director of Research Programs, The KPI Institute, the global authority on Key Performance Indicators research and education.
    Cristina’s research activity is reflected by the development of the smartkpis.com database and by the documentation of over 1,000 KPIs from 16 functional areas and 25 industries. She also coordinated the launch of over 90 reports ”Top 25 KPIs in 2011-2012”; and the development of several book series: The KPI Compendium and The KPI Dictionary – Volume 1 and Volume 2.
    Furthermore, she revised the performance management architecture of companies from different industries, including financial institutions, petrochemicals, public sector, health and professional services.
    As a consultant, Cristina was involved in multiple projects for implementing a performance management system based on Balanced Scorecard at strategic, operational and individual level. Among representative clients, there is mentioned the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund, VM Finance Group and Mongolian Productivity Organization.
    As an auditor, she coordinated the performance management audits for Nordea IT Group, MEFIC Capital, King Saud University Medical City and Financial Audit Dubai.
    As a Master Trainer, certified by Association for Talent Development, USA, Cristina facilitates training courses built upon the use of KPIs at strategic, operational and individual level:

    • +30 webinars delivered.

    Teodora Gorski

    Subject Matter Expert

    Teodora Gorski is the Managing Director MENA. As a Managing Director, Teodora lead organizational development initiatives to support and enhance the organization’s strategic plan and manages the development and growth of the MENA branch of the KPI Institute. In the Organizational Development field, her activity has resulted in developing and implementing programs for talent management, performance management and innovation. Additionally, Teodora has developed a solid background in working with performance management systems due to facilitating KPI selection workshops and the cascading of KPIs from the departmental level to the individual one.
    Some of Teodora`s most significant projects include designing and implementing various corporate expansion projects, implementing performance management systems and business development strategies for the Middle East. She also has experience in working with organizational design when it comes to managing structural change and ensuring organizational capability. Teodora has also been involved in determining companies’ needs for human capital development and building a company’s stock of HR to support organizational strategies.
    Teodora has gained a solid background in working with performance management systems due to her activity as a consultant and analyst both at the corporate and NGO level. She acted as a project manager for various initiatives within the performance management and HR field. As a facilitator, Teodora has developed and delivered training courses on enhancing the individual learning and soft skills of employees. As a Certified KPI Professional, Teodora has been involved in matters such as determining employee competencies and skills with a variety of national and international clients from diverse industries.


    Mihai Toma

    Subject Matter Expert

    Mihai Toma is the Head of Professional Practice MENA at The KPI Institute. His research activity in the Performance Management field has resulted in the documentation and revision of over 1000 Key Performance Indicators. Some of Mihai’s most significant research programs have resulted in the development of several publications such as “The KPI Compendium” and the “Top 25 KPIs in 2011- 2012” Report Series.
    Mihai has gained a solid background in implementing performance management systems due to facilitating the establishment of The KPI Institute’s strategic direction and the cascading of KPIs from the organizational level to the individual one. Mihai has been actively involved in the implementation and design of KPI operational dashboards and functional performance scorecards, assisting in the development of the performance management system architecture for The KPI Institute’s clients from various industries and functional areas.
    As a Master Trainer, certified by the Association for Talent Development, Mihai has developed and delivered training courses on selecting and documenting KPIs, managing individual performance, performance improvement, such as the: Certified KPI Professional and Practitioner Certification, Performance Improvement Masterclass, KPI Masterclass and KPI Essentials.
