Also, as Employee Engagement Specialist inside the company, I have the chance to understand and improve our employee performance, based on their passions and needs. I feel inspired by people succeeding and performing in their jobs; therefore, I like to find the drivers of professional and personal performance.

Iulia is an expert Management consultant, and practitioner with 10+ years of experience in the Project Management and Performance Management areas. She has been involved in designing and implementing EU funded projects, with scope of work training employees in areas such as communication and English language. She was involved in delivering educational and training programs in Communication, Human Resources and Project Management and Employee Performance.

As an educator, Iulia has facilitated training sessions and consulting programs on project management, communication, employee performance and human resources management, subject matters in multiple industry settings ranging from construction industry, utilities to public services and NGOs.

How do I register for the course?
Similar to our open face-to-face programs, we have an application and admission process in place for our online programs. You will be requested to fill in the application form and process the payment for the course, in order to be registered. You will receive a confirmation email that the registration has been completed.
What are the technical requirements in order to be able to join the course?
