Professional profile

Maitham has a broad experience within private and public sector organisations, and of policy development and deployment within both sectors. Before joining TKI, Maitham worked in a UK-based consulting firm as a manager and principal consultant, supporting them in their strategic execution, performance planning and management work within the GCC.
He has also acted as a lead consultant in major performance and strategy planning and execution projects, in a few large private and public organisations in the Middle East. In addition to his consulting roles, Maitham currently teaches, on a part-time basis, in a few higher education institutions in Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE.
Maitham has profound experience in the implementation and auditing of the Quality Management System (QMS-ISO-9000), the Environmental Management System (EMS-ISO-14000), as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS-18001). In addition, he is experienced in organisational and individual development practices.
