Marius Boghian is a Management Consultant and has over 9 years of experience in working within a diverse organization from privately held corporations to international NGOs across Europe and Latin America.
In his quality of consultant, he was actively involved in a full scale performance management system implementation for King Saud University Medical City of Riyadh (2016) as well as facilitation of Strategy Development and KPI Selection for Federal Inland Revenue Services in Nigeria (2016)
Besides training activity, Marius was involved as Regional Coordinator in managing an HR project financed with more than 3.5 million Euros from European funds, being dedicated to organizational performance improvement in 75 companies based in Romania (2011 – 2013). He was directly involved in creating an integrated pack of services consisting in organizational diagnoses with more than 600 Top and middle managers, development of a 13 modules training program and follow up activities. During that time, Marius helped at creation of 25 organizational reports of more than 80 days of training for clients as: Howard Johnson (hospitality), Avia Motors (automotive), ICCO – Medical Clinics, NETOP, ODS (media), EvoBus (automotive), Rentrop&Straton (specialized media). He is certified as Project Manager and Professional Competences Evaluator by Romanian National Qualifications Authority.
