Ramona joined The KPI Institute at the beginning of 2013 becoming HR Coordinator. Besides of coordinating the HR Department she also developed internal regulations and managed the process of implementing a collective contract.

• Employment contract management for Non-EU employees;
• Coordination for different employee events.

Ramona is currently leading the business growth efforts in Sibiu, Cluj, Bucharest and Kuala Lumpur offices.

She is also writing about topics related to individual performance and employee engagement being published further on Performance Magazine website or posted on different professional social networks, such as LinkedIn.
