Cristina’s professional experience has always revolved around research, product development and knowledge sharing in the field of strategy and performance management. In the last 12 years, she has contributed to the development of best practices and standards on how to use and leverage KPIs in organizations disseminated through research publications, academic articles or educational programs.

Advocating for impactful strategy planning and performance measurement practices she has been advising organizations from the USA, Europe, and the Middle East and training Executives across a variety of functional areas and industries.

Currently, Cristina is also the Chief Operating Officer of The KPI Institute’s Research Division, tackling on a daily basis the challenges of linking operations to strategy.

With experience in recruitment, human resources, and operations management across sectors like sustainable constructions, research, and education, Bori emphasizes improving employee well-being, fostering inclusive cultures, and ensuring that organizations are resilient and socially responsible. She develops solutions that address systemic challenges and support long-term success.

As part of her collaboration with the Babes Bolyai University, she teaches subjects like research methodology, intercultural communications, and self-awareness.
