Extra fees

Are there any extra fees?

No extra fees are applicable. The KPI Institute Membership costs $390/year, The KPI Institute insight Membership costs $2,900/year and The KPI Institute insight plus Membership costs $4,900/year. You just pay for a one-year membership and you can manually renew your plan at the end of this year. We don’t renew your plan automatically after a year. We will send you a reminder eight and three weeks before your membership expires.

Payment

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments with all major credit cards through two leading online payment processing providers: PayPal and Stripe.

Upgrading

Can I upgrade my membership? If so, how long does it take to obtain access according to the new plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan, and access is available immediately, once the payment is received and confirmed.
