Andrei has nearly 10 years of experience in the academic environment and is currently a lecturer at Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, where he teaches various disciplines related to Marketing and Statistics. This allows him to approach all customer encounters from the standpoint of identifying, understanding and meeting their specific needs.
When it comes to Marketing, Andrei has also accumulated, in addition to theoretical knowledge, an extensive practical experience by being involved, both in a direct way and also as a consultant in market research studies in various fields such as hospitality services, retail, banking and financial services, accounting services etc. Having been involved in these surveys, he was given the opportunity to implement various methods of multivariate data analysis such as: factor analysis, cluster analysis, correspondence analysis, multivariate analysis of variance, multiple regression, conjoint analysis, discriminant analysis, linear probability models and structural equation modeling.
In addition, by presenting or publishing over 20 scientific papers, Andrei is familiarized with and has successfully applied other methods of data analysis in panel-based or time series studies (forecasting using decomposition models or smoothing techniques). His work for The KPI Institute mainly revolves around the field of research, Andrei being responsible for the data analysis research in the “Employee Management Performance 2016 – Global Edition Study”.
