Alexandru brought his expertise to The KPI Institute in 2012 and now he holds the position of Head of Customer Engagement MENA leading the company’s development efforts by coordinating a team covering the Customer Engagement Department.
He is a highly motivated, confident Customer Relation Expert with good team-work skills and a particular skill in face to face client meetings and negotiation. Experience in identifying the performance management needs of corporate customers and of running and delivering sales and marketing campaigns, as well as organizing training courses at client’s premises.
He is particularly skilled in project and sales coordination by constantly improving all the campaigns steps from planning to execution.
