Cosmin joined The KPI Institute at the beginning of 2015 and he brought more than 7 years of proven experience in delivering projects on-time, under budget, meeting milestones, and communicating effectively.

He developed a global network of partners in 10 countries, sole responsible for training, advisory and software automation projects implementation from needs assessment to project definition, delivery and evaluation.

• Business strategy: understand trends and shifting in market demands for each country in order to anticipate market changes and adapt accordingly;
• Risk Assessment & Management: assess and manage partnership threats to achieve the best possible outcomes;
• Leadership and team management: leading the organization’s business development efforts in US, North Africa and South East Asia;
• Management: managing multiple projects simultaneously on 3 different time-zones.
