Alina Miertoiu is a Senior Management Consultant and Executive Manager of the Center for Performance Benchmarking at The KPI Institute. Alina also led the development of all OKRs related services, including advisory methodology and training materials. Furthermore, her work in developing the OKR services required a considerable involvement in the designated marketing campaigns.

Alina has a solid background in performance management, both from a practical perspective due to her substantial consulting experience that includes private, governmental and non-profit sectors, as well as her extensive research activities in the field.

As a consultant, Alina has an experience of over 8 years in deploying performance management systems, specifically related to OKRs, Balanced Scorecard or operational dashboards,  for various international clients. She has a well-rounded approach to consulting, supporting clients with understanding their needs with regard to performance, designing the most suitable performance management system while being conscious about the current organizational culture and available capabilities, and facilitating the needed workshops for deploying the frameworks at corporate, units and individual levels.

Due to her experience as a trainer, Alina bridges the gap between consulting and training by ensuring that clients have the needed knowledge and skills to continue the usage of performance management systems in a sustainable manner.
