Amany Fakhry is highly qualified Training and Development Leader with more than fifteen years of hands on implementation experience in Human Resources in different industries. She has extensive background in working with all organizational levels in creating, promoting and delivering training solutions designed to support the organization’s business plan. Amany is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable business environment that supports learning.
She is currently the Recruitment Manager and previously Organization Development Manager for more than 7K employees, in one of the most prestigious banks in Egypt. Amany contributed with a diversified business arena in developing an HR system. Prior to this role, Amany served several organizations in different industries, designing and implementing HR systems. Her work has always been focused on meeting the strategic needs of the organization.
Amany is also a certified professional trainer from the American University in Egypt. Amany has accumulated hundreds of training hours in different international organizations and in house trainings. She conducted training programs in various HR fields, such as Performance Management, Strategic HR management, HR Audit, Talent Management, How to design Competency Models and Return on Training Investment.
