Linh Do is the Head of Professional Services at The KPI Vietnam, a brand of the global authority on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) research and education, The KPI Institute. Linh is currently managing The KPI Institute’s professional service activities in the Vietnam region, in charge of improving practical education programs and conducting research for various Performance management-related projects of The KPI Institute.
As a manager, she has been instrumental in developing strategy and business plans, and recruiting and coordinating team members, which demonstrates her excellent leadership and communication skills.
As a researcher and consultant, during her career, she has participated in numerous economics, finance, investment, and performance measurement projects where survey-based primary research and secondary research have been conducted. Some projects are “Operational Governance Audit” for a Saudi Arabian client, “KPI Alignment and Cascading” for a Malaysian client, “Government Services Performance Index” for a UAE client” by The KPI Institute, “Consumer Electricity and gas prices across Australian capital cities: structural breaks, effects of policy reforms and interstate differences” by the Swinburne University of Technology, “Securitization Program – Research and Development” by Victorian Mortgage Group, and “Investment opportunities in the finance industry in Australia” by the Financial Fox.
As an educator, Linh has accumulated hundreds of hours of experience in a variety of settings, from open and in-house training delivery to tutoring management for the Personal development sections and Individual Learning Enhancement sections for tertiary students in Australia. She was an active and dedicated Learning and Academic Skills Advisor and Student Life Mentor at the Swinburne University of Technology.
