Malek has developed the required training material and trained 100 Jordanian governmental sector employees on how to run benchmarking projects along the full cycle of benchmarking, to achieve excellence in their processes and outstanding results. This was also accompanied by the linking of benchmarking with other tools currently being used by the public sector, like the RADAR excellence assessment tool, to help them better understand the different parts of this tool, how benchmarking can be embedded and the need to catalyze more partnerships with local, private organizations and international ones, to find the best-in-class partner and achieve targeted outstanding results.
