Maria Desmons-Macrea is a trainer and consultant with 10 years of experience in training design and delivery, as well as 6 years of experience in customer relationship management. Maria was awarded the Trainer of the Year by the Mission Hills Group in 2011. She was also a guest-speaker in conferences and symposiums on Leadership, Customer Service and Women’s Entrepreneurship.
As a trainer, Maria has delivered over 2,500 hours of training on topics like customer service, performance management, intercultural management, communication skills, local politics or motivation in Romania China and Sweden.
As a consultant, she is currently working with Romanian companies from different industries (hospitality, healthcare, utilities, commerce) to optimize their processes, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty and improve the overall organizational performance.
