Andrada has coordinated the Benchmarking capability of The KPI Institute and was responsible for the first benchmarking project of the company, which seeks to provide a comparative analysis of the hospitals' performance in the GCC States.

Moreover, she was in charge with developing and delivering courses both on Benchmarking and Cross-cultural Management, and research activities which involve documenting KPIs in various functional areas and industries.

She is internationally certified in working with KPIs and regularly attends international conferences, where she publishes research articles in management field. arrow Webinar - watch the webinar "Benchmarking essentials" and "Benchmarking: steps to success" to find out the importance of the innovation in the benchmarking domain;
arrow Pre-requisite reading - check several materials in advance, to get an overview on the discipline and to gain a more holistic view upon the subject.

The 7 modules represent a mix of videos and assignments that need to be realized either by matching, filling the blanks, or completing and submitting some templates. The slides corresponding to each video are available in PDF format. Also, each module ends with a quiz, meant at assessing the knowledge gained so far. The course ends by taking the online Certification Exam. It contains 75 questions and the necessary score to pass is minimum 50.

The learning process is not finalized when the core-course ends. Participants are required to take the following steps:
arrow Action plan - create a plan for the actions and initiatives you intend to implement after the training course;

The course structure is the same, regardless of the delivery method. However, the autonomy given by the self-paced instruction is balanced by the lack of live interaction with the facilitator and other participants while attending.
