Maturity Models

The Maturity Model is a valuable tool used to gathered information about the current state of a certain capability within the entity (organization, division, department or team). The statements used are meant to assess each building block of the capability, and they must be rated on a scale from 1 to 5, depending on their relevancy to actual practice. Based on the rating provided, the entity can fall into one of the following maturity levels:

  • Initial
  • Emergent
  • Structured
  • Integrated
  • Optimized

The Maturity Models can be accessed integrally (all building blocks) or individually, by selecting only the modules that are of interest for you. Choose the Maturity Model for your capability from the following:

Balanced Scorecard Maturity Model

A valuable tool, used to assess the maturity of the BSC system implementation, based on five key elements: architecture, objectives and KPIs alignment, the implementation process, data gathering and decision making. A BSC Maturity Guide, as well as a Score Analysis Report are issued as a result.

Customer Service Performance Maturity Model

A comprehensive questionnaire, meant to assess the maturity of the Customer Service capability. According to the results, the entity will fall under one of these maturity levels: Initial, Emergent, Structured, Integrated or Optimized.

Employee Performance Maturity Model

It assesses the current state of the capability to measure and manage staff performance, from ten different perspectives – talent planning, objectives’ alignment from individual to departmental and organizational level, employee evaluation etc. A score analysis will be delivered at the end, alongside improvement recommendations.

Performance Improvement Maturity Model

A very comprehensive model, comprised of 7 modules that can be accessed both individually and as a whole: data analysis, reporting, decision making, data gathering, initiatives management, review & evaluation and performance measurement architecture governance.

Performance Measurement Maturity Model

It assesses the performance measurement capability, based on 6 different dimensions: KPI selection, KPI documentation, target setting, data gathering, KPI data visualization, performance measurement architecture governance. It can be accessed both integrally or individually.

Supplier Performance Maturity Model

It assesses the most important aspects related to the customer-supplier relationship, such as supplier selection and contracting, service level agreements, KPIs for supplier performance, supplier relationship management, supplier performance evaluation, risk and communication management with suppliers.
