Tudor Modruz is a Business Research Analyst and a Certified KPI Professional within The KPI Institute. Tudor’s research activity is reflected by being involved in many performance related projects, such as being an active contributor to the Performance Magazine, where he publishes articles in the field of operational performance.

Tudor was also an active member of the team in charge with developing a framework for measuring organizational transparency, sustainability and openness towards stakeholders, through the following indexes: # Performance Transparency Index, # Communication Openness Index and # Sustainability Index.

Furthermore, he is in the process of maximizing his professional development by attending conferences on the topics of performance measurement and/or management.
